The great swordsmen Myomoto Musashi also known as Shinmen Takezo was born in the Harima Province, Japan in 1584 and died 1645.

Instead he focused purely on his form, discipline and ability of a Samurai Warrior, Musashi wrote a book called The Book Of Five Rings.
